How to use

Step 1: Clean and Dry -- Before bed, make sure the skin around your mouth is clean and dry. Remove any moisturizer or oils from the area for best adhesion.

Step 2: Peel and Apply, Peel the tape from the backing and center it over your lips. Press gently around the edges to secure.

Step 3: Sleep, Breathe naturally through your nose. The tape does the rest.

Step 4: Remove, In the morning, splash warm water on your face for 5-10 seconds, then gently peel the tape away. No pulling, no residue.
